Day 11 – Taking a small break and heading to Brisbane in Australia

January 6, 2018 by Claude Fullinfaw Leave a Comment

Its been 4 months almost to the day when I first went to Manila to rebuild my USANA Business. I will talk about how I am rebuilding the business in the next post.

In September of 2017 I went to the Philippines and based myself again in Makati in the hope I could re-establish contact with old members of my Usana Business. Many have quit since I left in 2012. However a few have not done so.

Fortunately for me this time I was not starting from scratch like I did in 2010 but still had two original team members from 2010 -2012 who were keen to come under my wing and move forward again.

At first it all seemed so hard as people I once knew who were just beginners were now earning 20 times more what I was. I have had to suppress this victim mentality and look towards the future and put into place action steps that would take me forward and not backward. These people who are now Diamonds are being very helpful and supportive and helping me catch up with my goals. I owe a lot to each of them too as i move forward now in 2018.

The first thing I did  when I got back in Manila last September was to focus on just the two ladies who had stepped up and asked for help. I placed my own goals on hold as I knew if I could help these two people succeed I would too. In the first 6 weeks little seemed to happen. But gradually I started to see things begin to fall into place and growth happen. Looking back these 16 weeks since I first went to Manila to start doing Usana Business again I feel I have almost caught up to where I was in late 2012.

With an almost new team now moving forward into 2018 I am confident that the next 16 weeks will have growth many times more than what we have seen since September 2017. I have a lot of work ahead of me but am committed to make things happen and looking forward to a bright year ahead now.

On Jan 3rd I boarded a Philippine Airline flight back to Brisbane with a satisfied feeling of having accomplished much. I am taking a short break to see the family. Then back again to Manila soon.

Though the job has not been completed at least we have restarted and things are moving again now.

I will stay in Brisbane until January 28th 2018 and enjoy the company of my wife Vicki and the rest of the family. Next week I shall visit USANA Sydney for the USANA 20th Celebrations being held there. Shall catch up with old friends and shall enjoy this break.

Follow my trip over the next three weeks as I blog about my holiday as well as what I learn along the way.

This is Claude Fullinfaw now in Brisbane for a short break.

Creating A Compelling Story For Your Home Business In Brisbane

March 21, 2016 by Claude Fullinfaw

Today’s notes

We all love stories of one sort of another. Gathering stories is what I love doing. Supporting my stories with a photo from my phone brings more

Home business Queensland
Looking For A Good Home Based Business in Brisbane

reality to my story.

More!

This is how you can share product or business testimonials with potential clients.

PS: don’t make any out of the ordinary claims or post testimonials on the internet that may get you into legal troubles with your company. Everything within guidelines. Although face to face this technique is very powerful.

Now everyone wants to know what is our story, your story! Have you got a compelling captivating story why you are doing network marketing, why USANA? Don’t be afraid to tell them you are only just getting started. They know this. Confirming this will show them you are transparent and honest. But what they will capture is your vision, your dream, your goals of where you will be going, your dedication and focus.

People get gravitated to such powerful energy within other people. Most people don’t have any of this. So you stand out as extra-ordinary.

If they are to join USANA, they are looking to who to join. Is your story powerful enough to grab them. Only after they are convinced you are the one they will join then they will want to know who the parent team is. That’s when training and support falls into the picture. But until that point you are the one being checked out first.

So if you are well prepared, gone to a presentation with the right tools as I mentioned in another post, will they not feel you are more professional that the others who are already talking to them.

Our story, your story is very powerful. What is your story? Why are you doing USANA? Where will you be in 1, 2, 3 years from now? They want to know this? Don’t be afraid of embarrassed to share. You got to sell your professionalism as well as you as a person.

Tomorrow I will touch on other stories you need as you start the presentation. In what sequence to share stories I will share too. We can get good at getting people into the company. However our success depends on duplication. Teaching others simple techniques to duplicate make duplication super achievable ?.

Hope these notes have helped you towards attracting more prospects towards you.

Would You be Happy To Have $50,000 Savings In The Bank from Your Home Based Business In Brisbane?

March 20, 2016 by Claude Fullinfaw

G’ Day Claude Fullinfaw from Brisbane.

Topic: How much money do you need from your home based business in Brisbane to generate $100 a month?

Do you know how much cash you need to save in the bank just to earn $100 as interest a month? Right Now I am thinking of income for my retirement Passive income! So I did a little survey recently and I went to my bank And ask them the question “what would I need saved to earn $100 a month?”. Learn More!

That bank is currently giving an interest Rate of 2.7% for a fixed term monthly deposit. And so if I was able to deposit the 50,000 dollars I would earn $114 in interest that month. I would need to invest $50,000 in cash, Just to earn over $100 a month. But like I mentioned earlier I am planning for retirement.

I would certainly need much more than $50,000 in savings. Much more than $100 a month to live off. Based on the figures above I would need half a million invested just to earn little over a 1000 dollars a month. That’s just $250 a week. Just Imagine! Certainly I could never survive on that.

Although! If I doubled that to a million in savings I would have $2200 a month or $550 a week. That too would be financially tight for the two of us to live off in our retirement years. Remember… We have to factor in inflation too into all this. Not forgetting rising medical costs as we grow older.

Worst still saving the million dollars to invest would take me over 30 years if I were to save $250 a week.

As I am in my fifties now That is not a very good option – especially as I need a fast track option to get me to my security quicker. Well! The good news is I have found a financial vehicle whereby I can work part time and create a passive income that will not only pay me now but will give me my retirement security in a 10th of the time it would normally have taken.

So if you are going through a very tight financial situation at present and have very little to fall back on maybe I can help you. Connect with me as I am willing to share what is making my future look so promising now.
