In network marketing all we need to do is work hard for the first few years and then the business should start to generate passive or residual income income with very little effort from that point onwards. A bit of maintenance will be needed as seen in any business but its not as time consuming and frustrating as a traditional marketing business can work out to be.
What Is Passive or Residual Income?
Years ago when I first began my network marketing business I had no idea what the words passive or residual meant where income was concerned. I was just used to getting a pay check each week and thought nothing more about it. It was only after being introduced to network marketing was I introduced to the secret behind creating wealth. Work once and get paid multiple times!
From where you are to where you want to be … Eleven years on and many books later I now know that I can earn while I sleep. Back then I just couldn’t earn while I slept. I was a chef and I had to cook to earn my weekly salary.
My income was very linear – Steps To Succeed In Life – Is this going to happen?
- If I worked I got paid.
- If I did not work or
- If I took too much time off I lost income.
- I could never imagine getting compensated for work I had done the month before, the year before or the decade before.
- I had to constantly keep working if I wanted money to pay the bills.
