How Can Stay At Home Mums Build A Passive Income Business?

I am going to share how a Mum can stay at home this week from her work and earn extra income immediately. And with very little effort. Called part time effort!

Are you listening?

The question is how can a mother supporting her young children be able to work at home and still care for her young ones. If you are a mum right now wanting more time for your kids is this important? Working from home? I bet it is.

For most Mums this may only be a dream. However if I were to tell you right now that this can be a reality this very week will you listen to me. It sure can be if you willing to stretch your imagination and look outside the box. Nothing is impossible.

Now earning extra income may be doable but what if you can make this extra cash more sweet but turning it into passive income. Let me mention that “are you are prepared to work?” “Prepared to put in the effort to earn?”

Why not learn how to make the income you get passive instead of linear. Wouldn’t that be nice?

PS: If you are not sure what linear and passive income is I shall explain this in another post this week.But for now linear is income you earn if you work. No work no income. Its related to time you put in. Passive income on the other hand is about doing the work once and getting paid multiple times. Which one is more exciting? Passive income sure is!

Here is a short story. I love stories!

Just a few days ago I was speaking to an acquaintance of mine and was talking to him about passive income. He said “don’t you need to have money invested to earn passive income?” I told him not so. Its just one way to earn passive income by having money invested. However there are different ways to earn passive income with little or no cash invested. His ears started to tune in as he not only wants to earn more money right now but has very little passive income to his name for the future.

So Mums, are you open to learn how to make more money this week? Better still are you open to know that you can turn that income into passive stream of money next month, next year and in the future. All by starting this week.

A bit about me!

So let me tell you a bit of myself now. I live in Brisbane with my wife. Like yourself I too was once looking for the opportunity to make extra income. Unlike many people I started to think what if I could make an income and if it could flow in each week in the future. I found a few opportunities and realized that there are companies out there that can help me get my dream. Today I do have two streams of passive income, both still growing and it allows me to work less in my day job and allows me to focus more on my passive income businesses.

Day 7 – Its 30th of Dec 2017 And I Did My First Tagalog Webinar

I am just loving the action and focus I have now that I have set the deadline to get to Diamond next December 15th 2018. Gosh it certainly places pressure on me but what is most exciting is I am super excited for what is to come. This excitement is keeping me from sleeping 🙂

For example I had a huge day yesterday and signed up Ron from Antipolo in Manila. Ron was with me for about 5 hours as he want to learn all about his brand new business.

Before his appointment I met an Aussie businessman and his Filipina wife at the Makati office on Ayala. He seems keen to be a part of the company too. We will have to wait and see.

BEING EXCITED!

Its Energises You!

The whole day was jammed packed with action for about 12 hours. I was pretty drained however, excitedly I feel asleep only to awake at 4.15 am to find my thoughts were so full of what was to come.

So I jumped out of bed and started working on our secret Facebook Group Page. Remember what I said in my last post about adding value to people’s lives.

ADD VALUE TO OTHERS!

I am creating a fantastic resources for my team where they can access all sorts of business ideas, scripts and tools to aid them to speed up duplication. All they need is to copy and paste information already ready, make small changes and send by messenger to their prospects. Isn’t this amazing.

EXCITEMENT IS MAGNETIC!

Moving on to this morning I went for an hour of excercise walking around the Ayala Triangle for an hour, doing three laps at a brisk pace. I enjoyed every minute of it. Then finished it all with three runs up and down the underpasses that managed to take my breath away.

This is what excitement does for me.

Are you getting the point, get excited and things start to be more fun.

THE KEY TO SUCCESS IS TO START!

Finally this afternoon we ran our first ZOOM meeting online and Anne Adel my network marketing leader ran the webinar from her home in Iriga City. I was in Makati and introduced her. Before long we had Oro from Pasay City, Grace and Nora from Quezon City and Vicki from Australia join us. Though we were just 6 I felt elevated as its our very first run and am sure we will get more people. I am sure we need to be more fluid in our transition. In slides too. But all that will come from repetition, from practice. Rome was not built in a day.

CAN WE HELP MUMS TO WORK FROM HOME?

Getting these webinars off the ground is very crucial for our business to grow. We now can reach into homes that are far from the office of the company. Mothers can stay at home and still earn dollars from their MLM businesses. I am excited and this all comes from having a dream and a few people to back you up.

I am excited as we move into 2018. Can you see why now.

Day 5 – What a a Typical Day In My Life Is

Its the 28th of December 2017 and its Day 5 into my Run towards being Diamond.

So what is a typical day in my life right now?

I generally wake around 6.30 am trying to be up with the birds so I can catch the worm as you may say. 🙂 Sometimes I do find it hard to wake early if I have slept late.

Waking early helps me gather my thoughts together and plan my day ahead. I say a small prayer followed by my affirmation that helps me stay in track. PS: If you want to know what it is search for affirmation on this blog as I made a mention of it a few days ago. It may help you too.

Today has been a rather interesting day. I was introduced to a pretty cute cafe right at the end of Palanca Street here in Legaspi Village. Its where Palanca meets Legaspi Street right opposite the BDO branch. This cafe is called Curator and is a cafe during the day and a Cocktail Lounge at night. Very cute indeed.

David, an Australian Businessman from Sydney, based here in Manila was kind enough to share this local secret with me last night.

Sipping hot black brewed coffee was fantastic this morning sharing ideas with David whom I woke to keep me company. After a couple of hours of chatter we parted and I then got stuck in work.

I spent a good part of today prospecting online via Facebook. I have this great Fanpage that converts well and adding information regularly to this page helps give value to my fans as well as convinces them that I may be the right person to turn to when they need help.

Now helping them is key so I am working on an online presentation with a business partner of mine so we can start ZOOM webinars before the end of this year. I was busy copying and pasting slides the whole day then running the work done against Anne Adel in Iriga City so we can have an effective webinar soon.

Why will this presentation be helpful?

Firstly we can reach out to more people who cant for some reason come to the Makati Office of our company in Manila to attend seminars. These people can attend online and learn more about our products and business
We can teach mums in the Philippines how they can do business from home while looking after their children. How they can add more income to their family budgets. How important will this be to a family in the province and how important will it be for mothers to be able to work from home part time right here in the Philippines. I feel this will be a huge help if we can help these moms.
We will truly show these mums just how easy a home based business truly is.
We will be able to take our products right into the homes of many Filipinos
Lastly we will be able through online presentations give timely support via webinars. These webinars will be recorded and uploaded to our team Facebook page for those members who just cant attend the live presentations.

Best of all Anne Adel is a young mum herself. Her baby is just under 4 months and she has been very effectively growing her business online while being at home. It is this skill that she will be sharing through her presentations to countless mothers in the Philippines.

So Anne Adel and I have been busy today preparing for our big launch in a few days.

Its 5.40 pm now in the evening and I am chilling right now at cafe Breton in Greenbelt 3 sipping black coffeee again penning my thoughts here. Later this evening I will catch up with a friend of mine called Tariq in the vicinity. Tariq is a local business man and I met him a few years ago on one of my visits to the Philippines.

Its buzzing here all around me with cafe dinners chatting and relaxing in the festive season of Christmas. I just love the flexibility of my life as I can take my work anywhere and still be relaxed about it.

My day will eventually wrap up with an affirmation, small thank you prayer and then a deep sound sleep.

Today I certainly added a lot of positive seeds that will help me reap a great harvest over the next few months. I am pleased.

Day 4 | How Do I Set Up Accountability Around My Work

We all set out doing things right. Doing things with the right intentions of finishing what we started.

However, somewhere between the starting line and the goal (finishing line) we get lost, lose interest and most often quit.

But we seldom say outright we have decided to quit. Most often we say “we are having a short break and we will be back”. Yet with no intention of returning.

Why do we do this?

Its to save face. We do not want to be caught out as fools. After all many of our friends had prohetised that we would not make it.

How did they know?

Our actions spoke louder than our words. They could see why it would be fruitless to support us knowing full well we had no intention of completing what we had started. We went about our work half heartedly. We had unrealistic goals and no proper steps to accomplish any of the goals set.

So what have I done to make sure this doesnt happen to me?

So moving forward into 2018 I have decided that besides being focused on vision boards, I need to be highly accountable to what I am doing. What I am about to accomplish.

Hence Accountability!

To be successful I must bring in an external auditor called an accountability buddy. He or she will be my sounding ear if I were to go off track and not focus. I have taken on a mentor and coach who will also help me. He will monitor my progress and I have to level up and report each week what I have done.

If we do not set this “accountability” up we will fail. We are our worse employee and will seldom fire ourselves from the task, making ever excuse in the book why we just could not get the task done.

I am right now in Day 4 of my run into being a Diamond. Its just not easy and I am fully aware of this. But each day I do just a bit more to get closer to my end goal.

Being so highly focused keeps me from tolerating people who say one thing and do something else. Its not they are wrong, its just they are working on a different set of rules totally different to mine and I have no time to play their game as I am playing mine.

Can you see what I mean.

Being so firm and focused will keep me on track and am pretty sure I will hit my target 12 months from now.

So what about you?

Are you set to win at what you do? Are you going to design your life or leaving it to run by default? Yes I know you have set your goals up. But when was it last re-looked at? Have you revised it recently and formulated a new set of steps (rules) to accomplish it. Procedures must be updated to suit the present climate around you. Don’t work with the old goal book. It just wont work.

As soon as you found what you want find someone to partner with to get you closer to the goal. Don’t be too opinionated on things or stuck up. Being too idealistic is never going to get you what you want. Work towards your success first and then when successful do your best to help those less fortunate.

Listening to John Maxwell’s monthly seminar the other reminded me that there is no such thing as “everything is good right now“.

Things are great because of the work done in the months or years just gone pass. Its like the seasons in a year. Life has seasons too.

If we prepared well and do what is needed we can also have a great harvest. Its during harvest time we feel life is great only if we had a good season. But remember that life is not constant. It ever changing and we need to keep planting and sowing, weeding and fertilizing the next growing season to have another great year ahead.
