Richard Branson says when you get started in your business most often you don’t have the funds to pay staff huge salaries, incentives and amenities are seldom present. But he says that the thrill of possible success for the business is so powerful that it unites everyone to work those long hours in cramped conditions just to make the business a success.
Keep the vibe relaxed, maintain small, uncomplicated and friendly business offices or work-spaces and if possible flexible working conditions and you and your staff will have so much fun while the business grows and prospers.
Follow your heart, inspire your team with your vision and your business will flourish.
